TFTraitsTFT Set 18 early game DPS: best level 3 to 5 boards
Every early game board calculated in the TFTraits DPS Calculator: three 1-costs at level 3, four 1-costs and 2-costs at level 4, five units with at most one 3-cost at level 5. No items, enemy boards of the same size, all champions at 1 star, at 2 stars and at 3 stars. The top 50 of each level, sortable and filterable, each a click from the calculator.
We calculated every level 3, 4 and 5 board you can build from the early shop (344,344 comps) in the DPS Calculator and ranked them by team DPS. No items, 25 seconds of combat, each comp fighting an enemy board of the same size. Every comp was run three times: all champions at 1 star, at 2 stars, and at 3 stars.
Setup
- Level 3: three different 1-costs. Enemy board: a tank, a melee unit and a caster (Leona, Camille, Cinderling).
- Level 4: four different 1-costs and 2-costs. Enemy board: a tank, a melee unit and two casters (Alistar, Warwick, Gromp, LeBlanc).
- Level 5: five different 1-costs and 2-costs, with at most one 3-cost. Enemy board: two tanks, a melee unit and two casters (Alistar, Scuttlecrab, Warwick, Gromp, LeBlanc).
- The enemy units are the champion with the most health in each role at the highest cost of that level. They are the calculator's target dummies: they do not attack.
Team DPS counts every damage source in the comp: auto attacks, abilities with their real cast times and mana lock, active traits, and the shred, sunder and burn teammates apply to the enemies. Single target is the damage that lands on the main target; AoE is everything that hits the other enemies. Each table holds the 50 best comps by each of the three, so an AoE board like Scuttlecrab's shows up next to single-target comps and you can sort by what your board needs. Healing, shields and durability are not part of the score, so a comp of pure damage can rank high and still lose a real fight without a frontline. The "With a tank" toggle keeps only comps that field a Tank.
The comps
Best team DPS at 2 stars: level 3 Akali, Karma, Veigar (276); level 4 Akali, Gromp, Karma, LeBlanc (485); level 5 Akali, Gromp, Karma, Warwick, Cassiopeia (670). Pick the level and star set below.
For each level and star set: the top 50 comps by team DPS, by single-target DPS and by AoE DPS. Click a column to sort, type a champion to filter.
