These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TFTraits.com (“the site”), operated by Codekatu Oy (Business ID 3222614-3), Finland. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The Service
TFTraits.com is a free tool that helps you explore champion and trait combinations in Teamfight Tactics (TFT). It is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Acceptable Use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the site or its infrastructure;

To keep the free service available to everyone, we may rate-limit, block, or restrict access that we reasonably consider abusive.

5. Third-Party Game Data
Game data shown on the site is derived from publicly available sources and remains the property of its respective owners. We make no claim of ownership over Riot Games’ game content, and we do not guarantee that such data is complete, current, or accurate.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results, suggestions, or data provided by the tool are accurate, optimal, or suitable for any particular use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Codekatu Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory law, including liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Finland. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings in your local courts where applicable law so provides.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “Effective date” updated accordingly. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
